I'm a web performance & design system consultant with over 20 years of experience building, debugging, and scaling systems across media, SaaS, agencies, and government services.
Most of my work lives at the intersection of engineering, business outcomes, and organizational reality—the place where good teams get stuck when priorities, incentives, and technical decisions are misaligned.
I'm brought in when:
- Performance is "good enough" until it suddenly isn't
- Teams are shipping features faster than they're shipping value
- Engineering work would benefit from a system-level perspective
- Engineering knows there's a problem but leadership doesn't feel it yet
How I got here (the short version)
My career hasn't followed a straight line. I've been:

I've also seen what happens when expertise is ignored, when tools are chosen for features instead of outcomes, and when teams pay the price later. Those experiences shaped how I work now.
